A premium quality tea from a single garden in the high growing mountainous region in Ceylon. Although from the same plant “Camellia Sinensis” as black tea, green tea processing differs in that the leaves are only steamed or pan fired. This preserves the pale grassy colour and produces a fragrant flavour and aroma.
